We propose a tailored itinerary: courses, lodging, dining, transport, and a parallel plan for any non-golfers in your party.

Confirm

You approve. We secure tee times, rooms, reservations, and transfers, then deliver a single, clean itinerary.

You arrive to a plan that simply works. We're on call from wheels-up to the final toast.

How much does it cost to work with The Fairway Society?−

Every trip starts with a free inquiry, no cost, no obligation, just tell us what you have in mind. From there, two fees apply, based on the size of your group:

Itinerary Design covers understanding your group, building two parallel itineraries, and refining the plan with you until it's right. This fee is nonrefundable and due once you're ready to move forward. Confirmation & Booking covers securing tee times, lodging, dining, and transport once your itinerary is approved. These fees cover our planning services and are separate from the cost of golf, lodging, dining, and travel themselves.

How far in advance should we inquire?−

The sooner the better, especially for sought-after tee times and peak travel dates. We recommend reaching out at least 6 months ahead, though we're happy to hear what you have in mind even if your timeline is tighter.

How many people can you plan for?−

We regularly plan for groups of 2 to 12. Larger groups are welcome too, we'll just put together a custom quote based on your party size and needs.

What if plans change after our trip is confirmed?−

Weather, injuries, a late flight, we handle it in real time. Once your trip is confirmed, we're on call throughout to adjust as needed.

Do you only work with golfers?−

Not at all. Every trip we plan includes a full itinerary for non-golfers too, dining, excursions, and experiences chosen with the same care as the tee times.

Do I need a referral to work with you?−

Not necessarily. While many of our clients come through referral, we welcome inquiries from anyone planning a trip that fits what we do.

How and when do we pay?−

Fees are paid in full at each stage, the Itinerary Design fee when you're ready to move forward, and the Confirmation & Booking fee once your itinerary is approved. We'll send a secure invoice for each.
